We are seeking a Contract Sales/Customer
Service Associate. This individual
should at a minimum have a two-year Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
Prior sales/customer service experience is a plus. Excellent communication
and problem solving skills are required.
Responsibilities include being the point of contact for a specified group
of contract sales customers; planning, directing and coordinating activities
of each customer's contract to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished
within the required timeframe; managing contract customers questions/ problems
regarding their contract and the production process; preparing quotations for
new and existing customers.
