After a little more than a year of arduous work, spear headed largely by Ed Fitzsimmons, WORLDs VP of manufacturing; Tom Barley, QC manager; and Dave Bolig, a process engineer- WORLD electronics has attained full ISO 9001:2000 certification. WORLD will use this certification as an invitation to medical device manufactures to consider WORLD electronics for their turnkey production, as well as to compliment and/or benefit their exisiting customers product lines.

WORLD electronics achieved the prestigious honor of ranking among the "2008 Greater Reading Top 50" for the 2nd year in a row. The honor is presented annually by the Greater Reading Chamber of Commerce and Industry and consulting firm KPMG. WORLD ranked #48 based on its increase in revenue growth.
WORLD exhibiting at 2008 MD&M Minneapolis in October
WORLD electronics will exhibit at the MD&M (Medical Design and Manufacturing) show in Minneapolis, MN on October 22nd and 23rd, 2008. Showcasing its ISO 9001:2000 certification, WORLD is hoping to meet many new medical equipment manufacturers and introduce itself and its capabilites.
