WORLD has upgraded the last of its antiquated 10-zone relow ovens to brand new Heller 1809S 16-Zone Convection Reflow Ovens. The 16-Zone is state of the art technology and allows the proper reflow of RoHS assemblies. With this latest equipment upgrade, WORLD now has 4 identical SMT lines in its Reading facility surpasses all local and regional CM's in output capacity.

WORLD has replaced its old board washer with a top of the line Electrovert Aquastream 200 Torrid Storm cleaning system. The Aquastream 200 Torrid Storm is designed for water soluable and saponified aqueous applications. It has a PC controlled, Windows user interface with data logging capabilities and product traceability (barcode) capability. This addition to WORLD's production line enhances our ability to better serve our client base. Board washing is one of many "Value Added" services that is provided to our customers.
